UCCE L3 Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced telecommunications professional to fill a key role in our organization. This highly technical position requires a deep understanding of Cisco UCCE and UCCX solutions, as well as experience with 3rd party call recording platforms.

  • Cisco UCCE Experience: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC Knowledge: A good understanding of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC principles is required, including the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
  • MACD Creation Knowledge: The candidate should have a solid understanding of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • VOIP Protocols: A clear understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP is essential. Familiarity with ITIL process is also required.
  • Cisco Voice Network Deployment Models: The successful candidate should have a good understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and the functioning of voice network devices.
  • VOIP and Performance Management Tools: Experience with VOIP and Performance Management Tools, as well as integration with other tools is necessary.
  • Telcom Infrastructure Protocols: A clear understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and Analogy Signalling is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Problem Resolution: The candidate should be able to work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment and resolve complex telecommunication problems.
