We are seeking a Quality Assurance Release Manager to drive the quality and timely release of our products.

The ideal candidate will define testing procedures, implement test automation, and certify readiness for release to production.

  • Develop Comprehensive Testing Procedures: Define thorough testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Select and Implement Test Automation Tools and Strategies: Choose suitable test automation tools to streamline the testing process.
  • Certify and Approve Software Readiness for Production Releases: Validate that software meets requirements and is ready for deployment.
  • Ensure Proper Test Coverage: Collaborate with the development team to ensure all work items include agreed-upon definitions of done (DoD).
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, product, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience in Software Quality Assurance and Release Management: Possess extensive experience in QA and release management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software releases.
  • Strong Knowledge of Test Automation Tools and Methodologies: Proficient in various test automation tools and methodologies, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience with Project Management Tools: Skilled in using project management tools to manage software releases.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to Work in a Dynamic Environment: Adept at working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Agile Methodologies: Experienced in Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles.
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Practices: Knowledgeable about CI/CD practices, with experience in implementing DevOps pipelines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
