Job Title: Test Lead – Mobile Application Testing

  • Experience: 7–9 Years
  • Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
  • Domain Preference: Banking (Lending, Loans)

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of leading a team and experienced in setting up and managing quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

Perform mobile application testing with expertise in debugging tools.

Set up and optimize quality assurance processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.

Actively participate in bug triage and effectively defend bugs with developers when issues are valid.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.

Prepare test plans, test cases, and quality assurance reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality releases.

Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes, automation strategy, and team efficiency.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting for defects, test results, and process compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7–9 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing.
  • Proficiency in debugging tools.
  • Experience in setting up quality assurance processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.
  • Excellent skills in defect triage, bug reporting, and defending bugs with developers.
  • Experience managing a team of QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Preferred experience in banking domain applications.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to mobile test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, or similar QA tools
