Job Title: High-Performance Contact Center Solutions Architect

  • Design, implement and maintain scalable, resilient and high-performing contact center solutions using Cisco UCCE and CVP.
  • Develop detailed design documents, high-level and low-level diagrams, and integration plans to ensure seamless operation with existing telephony and network environments.
  • Lead or participate in the installation, configuration and deployment of UCCE and CVP components, including ICM PGs, Call Servers, Gateways, Media Servers, Finesse, and supporting applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Cisco UCCE and CVP technologies, including ICM scripting, VXML, Java, JavaScript, Database Integration (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and CRM Integration (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, etc.).
