Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Contact Center Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Work Force Optimization technologies, server components, desktop applications, and telephony integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will design, build, deploy, and configure contact center platforms in multiple environments.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements.
  • Develop and review best practice implementation processes for optimal system performance.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and operating system issues.
  • Perform application upgrades on contact center servers.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Verint Work Force Optimization Certification
  • Minimum 5 years technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration
  • Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center practices
  • 5 years of contact center software installation, configuration, and administration in a multi-tenant cloud environment
  • Experience with JAVA Enterprise, frameworks, app servers like Tomcat, JBoss, MS SQL, database structure, administration, performance tuning, and scripting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and network topology, Linux OS's, and associated technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Work Force Management or Analytics
  • VMware knowledge
  • Knowledge of Apache web servers and SSL certificates
