Job Title: Unified Communications EngineerDescription:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure UCCE components, ensuring seamless call flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flow solutions.
  • Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components and deployments.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to high-level architecture planning.
  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Strong consulting skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of UCCE component design and call flow management.
  • Good-to-Have Skills:
  • High-level understanding of UCCE architecture, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows, with a focus on optimization and streamlining.
