We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team.

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering world-class solutions and support to our customers. This includes developing a deep understanding of our software products and services, building trust-based relationships with customers, and configuring their accounts accordingly.

  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our software platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Understand each client's business requirements and implement tailored solutions.

You will lead technical onboarding and deployment activities, conduct training sessions, share best practices, and provide remote and on-site support to ensure high availability for your portfolio of customers.

  • Communicate complex technical information in clear, friendly, and professional language.
  • Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and offer innovative solutions.
  • Delight customers and transform them into brand ambassadors.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in the F&B, POS, or SaaS domains.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.).
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
