Job Responsibilities :

- Own strategic operations and ensure proper coordination with all support departments and vendors.

- Work alongside senior management to enhance profitability and efficiency through company operations.

- Engage with existing teams to identify bottlenecks and implement best practices.

- Take autonomous decisions, ensuring cost reduction and quality control.

- Provide upscale customer service experiences, monitoring delivery and service quality norms.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years' experience in vendor management and operations strategy.

- Must have experience in vendor management, operations management, and process improvement.

- High ownership, self-starter ability to get hands dirty, and work in a constantly changing environment.

- Comfortable in multitasking and working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
