Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior team to oversee the entire HR Function for the organization.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates through initial screening, personal interviews, and telephonic interviews, as well as handling the entire joining process of new employees. You will also maintain a smooth on-boarding process, assess training needs, and develop strategies to cultivate a healthy working culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates.
  • Maintaining a smooth on-boarding process for new Joiners
  • Assess training needs to train, counsel and coach the employees
  • Cultivate and develop a healthy working culture within the organization.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Involve in candidate assessment, screening and profiling of the relevant profiles for the respective roles.
