Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Support Specialist. This role is responsible for addressing employee queries related to internal processes, payroll, and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding internal queries, payroll, and HR policies.
* Log, track, and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
* Coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
* Provide clear communication and guidance on company policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
* Support the development of FAQs, knowledge base, and self-service tools.
Qualifications & Skills
* A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
* 1+ year of experience in HR, Payroll, or Employee Services (internships or entry-level roles considered).
* Knowledge of labor law and payroll practices preferred.
* Strong communication skills required.
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
