As an experienced Oracle HCM Core HR specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing existing configurations and driving success in the modern user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise is required in Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and foundational HR setups.
  • You will configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to meet business requirements.
  • HCM security components including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs) must be implemented and managed.
  • Approval workflows, Journeys, and notifications need to be configured and troubleshot.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, specifically monitoring new Redwood features and mandatory migration timelines.
  • The impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations must be assessed.
  • Thorough testing (SIT/UAT) in non-production environments is required to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.
Requirements:
  • Deep functional knowledge in Oracle HCM Core HR is essential.
  • A strong focus on the modern Redwood user experience is necessary.
  • Proven track record of managing system upgrades is required.
