Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide technical support and system configuration services for global, web-based applications.

  • Offer daily system support via telephone, email, and instant messaging for users of a reliability application.
  • Identify and resolve system issues with users and collaborate with software vendors when necessary.
  • Perform various system administration duties, including updating website information content and system data changes.
  • Assist with configuration changes to a workflow tool.
  • Develop and execute test cases to verify configurations work as expected.
  • Support software validation and change control activities.
  • Generate charts, graphs, and reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Develop training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • A passion for helping others succeed, with a team-oriented approach.
  • Experience in system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Prior scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience.
