Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are a dynamic organization at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join our finance team in Dubai.

\About the Role\

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.\
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.\
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.\
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.\
  • Track key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.\
  • Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.\
  • Support board reporting, investor presentations, and other strategic initiatives.\
  • Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A to increase efficiency and accuracy.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred, and 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools are also required.
