Strategic Financial Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Leader to drive financial planning, governance, and business partnering. This pivotal role is responsible for leading the overall Finance function including Accounting, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and reporting processes.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Partner with business leaders on investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
  • Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Proven team leadership experience (not an IC role).
  • Strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
