Our company is looking for an experienced Banking Alliance Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to expand our business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess potential partners by researching their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business.
  • Align their business objectives with ours and evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions, ensuring regular communication and clear expectations.
  • Negotiate agreements that align with our strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with our business goals.
  • Drive growth and new initiatives by collaborating with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need a graduate/postgraduate degree and 3-7 years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services space. Demonstrated history of generating growth using data-driven approaches is also essential. Additionally, you should have a proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with changing market conditions and a strong network in the banking and NBFC space. A high-energy team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is also required.
