Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in wind and site assessments, mechanical loads departments, or equal technical service organizations in the wind energy industry.

  • Responsible for re-assessing existing/planned wind farms using internal tool chains to confirm compatibility and structural integrity.
  • Assesses site-specific wind conditions, applies mechanical load mitigation strategies, runs bucket approaches, and evaluates lifetime extension possibilities.
  • Supports upgrades sales by creating benefit calculations, driving validation campaigns, and initiating implementation.
  • Collaborates with global service regions and after-sales colleagues to convince customers and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with German being an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a holistic approach and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, focused, and pragmatic, with the ability to bring topics to success in complex environments.
