We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive growth in the commercial and industrial segment through renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities with clients, ensuring revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development
    • Identify potential clients for renewable energy solutions.
    • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
    • Build a strong pipeline of potential customers and drive deal closures.
    • Prepare and present competitive proposals.
  • Client Engagement
    • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
    • Conduct market research to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements with customers.
  • Market Analysis
    • Stay updated on market trends, industry policies, and regulatory frameworks affecting renewable energy.
    • Engage with government bodies and regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Coordinate with partners and consultants for project feasibility and execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in business development/sales in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of third-party/captive power models, open access policies, and agreement structures.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy solutions.
  • Experience working with corporate clients across industries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
