Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets in Eastern India, focusing on concreting equipment.
  • Conduct dealer training programs to enhance product knowledge and ensure alignment with company sales strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a regional sales team to ensure effective coverage and sales execution across the territory.
  • Set clear performance goals for the team, ensuring consistent monitoring, support, and performance reviews.
  • Drive team motivation and productivity, ensuring alignment with overall company sales objectives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.
  • In-depth understanding of sales cycles, negotiations, and business development in Eastern India and Bangladesh.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing sales team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing dealer networks in construction equipment or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of line pumps, boom pumps, and batching plants.
  • Proficiency in CRM.
Working Conditions

The role involves a mix of travel and office work. Candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
