Job Overview

A key role at Tata AIA Life Insurance, the Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned branches, interact with Bank Branch Managers & Sales Partners to execute SOPs.
  • Interact with customers to explain products, assist in documentation, and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Help branches achieve insurance sales targets, drive sales, and motivate staff.
  • Manage relationships between internal teams and channel partners to foster sales and maintain responsiveness.
  • Provide support to channel partners, execute marketing activities, and ensure timely policy issuance.
  • Adhere to customer engagement protocols, maintain persistency ratios, and provide post-sales service.
  • Track competition at a branch level and strategize with Sales Partners on business plan execution.
  • Maintain high standards of business following processes and compliance policies.
  • Coordinate branch-level MIS, provide timely reports, and adhere to the Training Roadmap.
