Business Development Officer

Reports to: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Growing business of a branded consumer painting service through an off-roll team, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and adequate supervision of sites.
Developing secondary sales in the territory through activities targeting Painters & Contractors.
Supporting marketing activities in the territory by promoting focus products among influencers.
Driving participation of influencers in training initiatives of the company at iTrain training academies.
Coaching, training, and monitoring the team to improve performance and maintain operational discipline.
Requirements:
Experience in business development and influencer sales.
Team handling experience is a must.
Experience in working with Building Materials. Work experience in the Financial & Banking sector can also be considered.
Sound knowledge of workplace productivity tools and technology.
Personality Traits:
Personable, presentable with excellent language, communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical, high-energy level, motivated, and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Skilled in Client Relationships.
Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to collaborate and work as a team member in accomplishing goals.
Planning, prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
