We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish. He/she will promote logistics solutions to generate qualified leads, build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication, and document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.

- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development with a focus on logistics industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
