Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish. He/she will promote logistics solutions to generate qualified leads, build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication, and document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
