Business Development Role Overview
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to propel our business forward. This role will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead qualification, telesales, and inside sales efforts
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads
- Articulate the value proposition and negotiate initial objections as a part of scheduling appointments
- Meet quota of number of highly qualified leads per month and then conversion to an opportunity
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive phone skills
- Strong writing skills
- Self-directed and team-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated mindset
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, or inside sales in a B2B outbound environment
- Domestic/International calling experience is mandatory
- Fluency in regional languages is also preferred
