Job Role: Outbound and Vi Mini Stores Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Outbound and Vi Mini Stores team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through quality postpaid acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve acquisition net of churn as per departmental benchmarks for all customer segments.
  • Drive engagement among team members to facilitate delivery on key organizational goals and Key Result Areas.
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance productivity of the ViMS channel in the cluster.
  • Spearhead appointment of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) in key markets and monitor their productivity.
  • Supervise recruitment, training, and productivity of the CSP/DST/Outbound channel to drive postpaid agenda.
  • Plan activities to drive IOIP sales and promote business through the Neo channel by ensuring adherence to norms.
  • Monitor competition activities and stay updated on market developments to drive innovation and automation.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution in B2B and B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of operation excellence and team handling.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with and influence other functions for alignment on priorities related to the ViMS and outbound vertical.
