We work closely with state and local governments to identify gaps and limitations in scheme implementation, provide research support to Hon'ble Members of Parliament, and develop data-technology tools for informed decision-making. Our flagship initiatives include Supporting Parliamentarians in Analysis and Research in Constituencies (SPARC) and Leadership and Engagement Associate in District (LEAD), which have contributed to constituency development and district planning in various parts of the country. We also work with 200+ Hon'ble Members of Parliament to ensure the delivery of schemes to the last mile, focusing on key verticals such as climate and sustainability, social protection, and livelihood.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, drive engagement, and enhance our brand's visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and sharing impactful content, managing social channels, and optimizing our online presence. A creative thinker with experience in managing social media campaigns and staying updated on social media trends and analytics is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop, edit, and publish daily content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency across all social platforms.
- Optimize our company pages within various social platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media channels (such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth).
- Track and analyze data/metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying these to our strategy.
Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote our events, initiatives, and partnerships.
- Manage our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work on reputation management, identifying key players and engaging with them effectively.
Requirements:
Qualifications Required:
BA/B.Sc/ MA in Journalism, Communication, Marketing or any other allied field with experience in 2 to 5 years in a similar role.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in managing video content production is highly desirable.
