Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for various teams within the organization. This involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets for GTM teams.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive business performance.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as significant experience in financial planning and analysis. Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential, along with expertise in ERP systems and BI tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
