Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

This key role is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. plan, and present actionable insights to senior management.

You will oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will partner with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.

Your responsibilities will include tracking key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions. You will develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.

You will also support board reporting, investor presentations, and other strategic initiatives. Furthermore, you will drive process improvements and automation within FP&A to increase efficiency and accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in finance and experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis. You should be proficient in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle, etc.).

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred. 12+ years of experience required.
