Financial Planning Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to manage and deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions.

This position requires an expert with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Adaptive Planning, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, driving high client satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within budget.

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and optimized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
