Job Overview:

The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with business acumen and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting process across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Partner with accounting and business teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and present financial dashboards and management reports to leadership.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Monitor key KPIs and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • CA certification
  • 6-8 years of relevant FP&A experience
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
