Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Professional to lead our accounting operations and drive financial growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing audits, financial reporting, and achieving business objectives.

The incumbent will serve as the key liaison with internal stakeholders, providing timely and transparent communication of financial information. Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Establish robust checks and controls within each task to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits to ensure audit readiness.
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with business heads to provide strategic financial support and insights.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum CA/CMA/MBA qualification is mandatory.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
