Seeking a strategic financial leader to oversee key financial operations, reporting, and compliance processes. This role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Reporting:
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting.
  • Compliance & Audits:
    • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation and records.
  • Accounts Management:
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
    • Process reimbursements and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Stakeholder Reporting & Analysis:
    • Create reports for management and stakeholders.
    • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and modeling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with teams for payroll, taxation, and operations.
    • Support planning for internal initiatives and business goals.
    Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • 5–8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    Technical Skills
    • Strong command over accounting standards and regulations.
    • Proficiency in Excel and financial tools.
    • Experience handling audits, payroll systems, and statutory filings.
    Soft Skills
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
    • Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
