We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead our high-end projects.

About the Position

This key leadership role demands strategic oversight, exceptional team management, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, timely execution, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy execution across design, pre-construction, construction, and procurement phases.
  • Address escalations, mitigate project roadblocks, and incorporate stakeholder input.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to formulate actionable plans for process enhancement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project accounts to identify discrepancies and manage expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with established budgets while exploring opportunities for financial efficiency.
  • Engage in risk management and support procurement activities related to contracts and negotiations.
  • Work closely with senior executives to oversee daily operational functions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence within project teams.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to facilitate timely decision-making and enhance process improvements.
  • Spearhead key initiatives and projects across multiple functional areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic objectives.
  • Oversee performance management of direct reports, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain high personal quality and productivity standards.
  • Anticipate and navigate organizational changes effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years in leading large teams.
  • Proven expertise in operations within Real Estate, Construction sectors.
  • Strong background in cross-functional team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced work environments and adeptness in problem-solving and data analysis.
