Job Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Specialist to support project finance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, invoicing, revenue tracking, and vendor payment processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize cost allocation.

Responsibilities Continued:

  • Support the Finance team in raising invoices for client projects.
  • Track receivables to ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Manage vendor payments and software subscription payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of contractual agreements.
  • Track billable vs. non-billable resources to ensure accurate project costing.
  • Oversee timesheet management for consultants.

Financial Insights & Projections:

  • Estimate future revenue and cost projections based on sales pipeline and current utilization.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare periodic reports on utilization, profitability, and project financial health.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA/CA/ICWA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or project finance.
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing, revenue recognition, and vendor payment processes.
  • Proficiency in financial/project management tools.
  • Excellent skills in financial modeling, projections, variance analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
