Senior Financial Planning Specialist

Your Impact

In this role, you will design and implement financial planning and budgeting solutions to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements for planning and budgeting.
  • Designing and configuring financial planning modules, including forecasting and consolidation processes.
  • Implementing and maintaining financial close and consolidation systems.
  • Developing business rules, dashboards, and financial reports.
  • Managing data integrations using data management tools.
  • SERVicing monthly and quarterly budgeting cycles.
  • Performing testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of financial applications.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, consolidation, and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in Business Rules, Calculation Manager, and Financial Reporting Web Studio.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, security setup, and workflow administration.
  • Familiarity with intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and ownership management in FCCS.
  • Experience Required: 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2+ years each in EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, or a related field.
