About the Role

  • We are seeking an accomplished finance leader to oversee all financial aspects of our organization and provide strategic guidance during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives, leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership, driving financial modeling for business initiatives and investments.

Financial Operations & Management

  • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management frameworks, managing cash flow, working capital, and capital structure optimization.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and presenting financial results to stakeholders and board members.
  • Champion financial best practices across the organization.

Growth & Investment Management

  • Support fundraising activities and investor relations, evaluating potential partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
  • Oversee financial due diligence for business development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Previous CFO or similar C-level financial leadership experience.
  • Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven track record managing teams and driving organizational growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in the IT services industry with deep understanding of project-based revenue recognition and billing models, managed services and subscription-based revenue streams, and resource utilization metrics and project profitability analysis.
  • Background with high-growth or scaling IT services organizations and experience managing financial operations across multiple geographies.
  • Knowledge of IT industry regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Understanding of technology talent acquisition costs and retention economics and familiarity with client contract structures including time & materials, fixed-price, and outcome-based pricing.
  • International finance experience, particularly in global IT delivery models, and experience with M&A transactions in the technology sector.
  • Strong investor relations background in technology companies.
