
Business Development Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Equity Relationship Managers (ERMs). Your primary objective will be to enhance productivity within your team.
The role involves acquiring new franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Rimesier partners. You will establish strong relationships with these partners and assist them in onboarding clients across various products.
You will also conduct training sessions for partners on all our products, including Direct Equity and Investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits. This will be done in collaboration with our products and training teams.
Your focus will be on delivering exceptional services to our partners while ensuring they receive the best support possible. Additionally, you will work closely with distributors on joint calls and organize seminars/webinars for your cluster's partners.
Candidate ProfileWe seek an individual with at least 4-5 years of experience in handling teams in the B2B space of Partner Alliances (franchisees and IFAs). The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling Equity broking products alongside Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, etc.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills is essential. The ability to learn and adapt to new developments in the Capital Markets is also crucial. Achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
