We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated project leader to oversee IT and Managed Services projects.

This role demands ownership, accountability, and the ability to balance structured execution with proactive risk management in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and Managed Services projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Drive service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate swift resolution of Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues with minimal impact to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain coverage rosters to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
  • Effectively manage and refine the project backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work items aligned with business goals.
  • Anticipate risks proactively, establish mitigation strategies, and address issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain a consistent reporting cadence to clients and internal leadership.
  • Document all activities with high attention to detail, including meeting minutes, decision logs, and follow-ups.
