Lead Research Projects and Drive Business Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead research projects and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project teams, conducting research activities, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams to ensure timely updates and successful delivery.
  • Conduct research activities, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications.
  • Initiate client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues, ensuring effective project management and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification.
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation.
  • Experience in research-based project support role and healthcare industry.
  • Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts.
  • Solid project management skills and strong communication skills.
  • Basic coaching skills and computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
