We are seeking a seasoned senior delivery and project manager to lead our SAP projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects with high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

• Lead large-scale SAP projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost, and timeline.
• Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Ensure execution adheres to defined strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Manage change requests and project deviations with minimal disruption to the project scope, cost, or timeline.
• Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.
• Forecast resource requirements and ensure proper utilization across project phases.
• Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Manage external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Regularly report project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles, with a focus on high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
• Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
• Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy.
• Significant experience in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, while ensuring effective cost control.
• Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks and issues that could impact project timelines, cost, or quality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
• Agile Experience: Deep experience working in Agile project management environments, managing Scrum teams and Agile delivery methodologies.
