Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Manager to oversee the timely and within-budget completion of our projects in the mechanical-oil & gas, refinery and petrochemical industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing project control measures, managing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement effective project control measures to ensure timely completion and compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 20-30 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including risk management and quality assurance.
