Project Manager Role Overview">

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our implementation team. This role involves working directly with a client in Saudi Arabia to lead a team of Oracle utility experts in implementing the Oracle Customer Experience for Utilities solution for a high call volume call center.

The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day tasks of a small team, while adhering to the scope, schedule, and budget of the project. This is an onsite position located in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Deliver project results that meet business value and customer expectations.">
  • Create and maintain PMO artifacts, such as the project plan and JIRA board, to ensure on-time completion of project tasks.">
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage issue communication and escalation in a timely manner.">
  • Provide weekly project status reports and debriefs to company leadership.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.">
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.">
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.">

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or related field.">
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the utilities domain.">
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.">
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).">
  • Experience in leading projects utilizing standard project management tools (MS project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable providing project updates to senior leadership.">
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, promote effective communication, resolve conflict, and handle conflicting priorities.">
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and keen interest in delivering high-quality deliverables.">
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.">

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.">
  • 4+ years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.">

  • Knowledge of Oracle utilities products (CX4U, CCB, C2M, etc.).">
  • Experience in full-cycle Oracle Utilities implementations or upgrades.">
  • Experience in the consulting industry.">
