  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations. Engage in delivery governance forums, collaborating with the Sales Team on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Lead account mining activities, ensuring cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations.
