Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale technical programs across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans
  • Partner with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers
  • Drive alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams
  • Establish and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking
  • Ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or related role
Skillset:
  • Strong technical foundation in software engineering (experience with backend/frontend systems, APIs, cloud, or distributed systems preferred)
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering programs at scale
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
