Job Title: Agile Project Lead

The role involves overseeing the implementation of Agile methodologies across multiple projects, driving business outcomes through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team alignment and progress.
  • Drive Agile adoption among teams and enforce adherence to Scrum principles to deliver successful projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills to lead dynamic teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management to drive business outcomes.
