Job Opportunity: SAP S/4HANA Project Delivery Lead

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned delivery expert with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations to spearhead program success, presales engagements, and solution design.

The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge in one or more core process areas, such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

Prior experience with Big 4 consulting firms is preferred, along with a solid understanding of India-based delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
  • Drive solution design and architecture tailored to client business needs, focusing on manufacturing industry environments.
  • Provide deep functional expertise in one or more process areas (O2C, R2R, P2P).
  • Support presales initiatives, including client workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense.
  • Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to define SAP-enabled transformation roadmaps.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering professional growth and delivery excellence.
  • Bulk and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage additional SAP solutions (Fiori, BTP, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, EWM, etc.) to enhance client outcomes.
