Job Title:

Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance Specialist

 

As a seasoned expert in SAP S/4HANA finance, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale projects that drive profitability and efficiency.

Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project scope and risk are effectively managed. You will oversee service quality and cost while supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end business process flow documentation based on discussion with the business and requirement analysis.
  • Lead a team to deliver SAP S/4HANA finance projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle cross-functional team communication and coordination.
  • Create proof of concepts with respect to functionalities in S4 HANA Finance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of functional experience in S/4HANA Accounting and good finance functional expertise.
  • Hands-on experience in E2E finance business processes, including preparation of scope documents, business process analysis, requirement analysis, gap identification, business blueprint, process mapping, configuration, functional and technical specifications documents, test case documents, training presentations, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Identify and deliver possible process optimization and automation.

Professional Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with risk management strategies in technology projects.
