Job Title: Commercial Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property acquisition and be able to identify, negotiate, and acquire high-quality retail spaces in high-footfall locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to analyze demographic, competitor presence, and location viability.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial real estate opportunities.
  • Negotiate lease terms and manage the end-to-end lease finalization process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, property developers, and real estate consultants.
  • Collaborate with legal, design, projects, and finance teams for smooth handover and setup.
  • Track and report on progress of acquisitions, approvals, and handovers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 7-12 years of experience in business development, specifically in property acquisition for large-format retail stores (furniture, apparel, electronics, supermarkets, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
