Retail Finance Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Retail & Channel Finance professional to lead the development and execution of our financing strategy across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative retail finance solutions in partnership with NBFCs, banks, and fintechs.
  • Launch digital retail finance offerings across the dealer network to enhance customer experience and loan turnaround.
  • Negotiate and secure monthly and festival-based schemes with financiers to drive loan affordability and sales volume.
  • Monitor retail penetration rates by region, product, and financier; optimize performance based on business intelligence insights.
  • Establish and manage inventory funding tie-ups to support dealer working capital requirements.
  • Ensure timely credit availability and manage exposure across dealer networks.
  • Maintain dealer financial health by evaluating balance sheets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail finance.
  • Proven track record in driving sales enablement through financing.
  • Deep understanding of automotive finance, including ICE and EV.
