Senior Retail Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record in commercial real estate acquisition. As Senior Retail Development Manager, you will lead the identification, negotiation, and acquisition of high-quality retail spaces in prime locations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research to analyze demographic, competitor presence, and location viability for new store openings.
- Evaluating potential properties to identify opportunities that align with our business objectives.
- Negotiating lease terms and managing the end-to-end lease finalization process.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient handover.
- Tracking progress, reporting on acquisitions, approvals, and handovers.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, zoning laws, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in business development, specifically in commercial real estate acquisition for large-format retail stores.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market, including market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Superb communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
