Job Title

A high-performing Support Specialist with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills is required to provide seamless support to our management team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the correct person or department.
  • Make appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, including invoicing and spending monitoring.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, as well as meeting and event planning.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements and Skills
  • Experience: 5-12 years of experience working in a secretary or administrative assistant role.
  • Qualifications: Any Graduate degree.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organization and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
