Job Title

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill a technical support role. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior IT support role, with specific knowledge of auditing, monitoring, or security technologies within a Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and implement our award-winning data security platform in enterprise environments.
  • Help existing customers resolve outstanding issues through support tickets.
  • Work closely with team leads to meet SLA and customer requirements.
  • Creation of technical documents and articles for team and customer use.
  • Delivering technical demonstrations to customers across the globe.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.Tech or MCA in a relevant area.
  • 2-4 years software customer service and support experience required.
  • 2+ years performing administrative tasks in Windows-based infrastructures including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and cloud platforms.
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus.
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal English communication, written, and presentation skills required.
  • Experience working with a ticketing tool before, e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow.
  • Experience delivering product presentations to clients in a pre-sale context.
  • Experience in high-risk/secure environments preferable.
  • Must have experience working directly with end-user clients >500 employees.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, 'can-do' attitude, can work under pressure.
  • Experience with SIEM/Auditing/Compliance-related technologies.
  • Understanding of IT and business needs of technology.
  • Any sales or customer service experience useful.
